KB4016251 and KB4016252 bump the version number of Windows 10 to build 15063.13 and 15063.14 respectively. These updates do not bring new features, but they include new fixes to address a number of issues.
What’s new on Windows 10 build 15063.13
Cumulative update KB4016251 is rolling out to testers in the Slow and Release Preview rings, and it addresses the following problems:
Fixed issue with Windows audio devicegraph isolation burning CPU-endless loop due to defective APOs. Addressed installation issue with V3 XPS-based printer connections from non-1703 clients to 1703. Fixed issue with Surface USB: Bluetooth radio sometimes fails to re-enumerate during hibernate/resume. Addressed issue with virus protection product driver install triggering a system crash on build 15060 configured with DeviceGuard.
What’s new on Windows 10 build 15063.14
Cumulative update KB4016252 is releasing to testers in the Fast ring. This update includes the same fixes found in KB4016251, plus an additional fix:
Fixed an issue where non-suspendable processes would suspend after waking a device.

Windows 10 build 15063.13 (KB4016251) and build 15063.14 (KB4016252) for PCs is available immediately. It’ll download and install automatically, but you can always force the update from Settings > Update & security > Windows Update and clicking the Check for updates button. Update, April 7, 2017: Microsoft has now released KB4016251 to the Production ring, meaning that now every PC can download and install this update.
