In this new flight, Cortana gets a new full-screen mode when your device is unlocked and idle. The assistant is also getting more useful with new ability including new voice commands to shutdown, restart, sleep, and lock your PC. You can also raise and lower the system volume with voice commands. And Cortana can now control music playback on more apps. Windows Ink gets a few updates, including a new button to recover a previous Screen Sketch and a new ink preview while selecting your ink settings. The Settings app receives new improvements, and you’ll find that some settings have been moved around. Windows 10 build 14986 ships with a new Windows Defender dashboard. This new app uses the design language we’re seeing in the rest of Windows Store apps, and it’s meant to help users to manage more easily the antivirus, firewall, and family options. In the Registry Editor, you can now change the font style, gaming on Windows 10 now support 19 additional titles in full-screen using the Game Bar, and the Narrator gets a bunch of new shortcuts and improvements.
