Plus, small devices, such as the Dell Venue 8 Pro, should not get the blue screen of death while upgrading. In addition, it’s said that Windows 10 build 10586 enables Intel’s “Speed Shift” feature found in the new Skylake processors, which allows the operating system to delegate the control of voltage and frequency to the processor.
