This week, the software maker is releasing an update described as KB3097617 for PCs. As always, every update for Windows 10 is cumulative, therefore the update contains all the previous improvements and fixes. If you have already installed all previous updates, only the new improvements will download and install. According the the company’s documentation, KB3097617 includes functionality improvements and resolves the vulnerabilities in Windows that are described in the following Microsoft security bulletins and advisory:

The new update is immediately available for everyone running Windows 10 (build 10240) to download through Windows Update. The update will download and install automatically, but you can always go to Settings > Update & security and check manually for updates.
