KB4515384 bumps the version number to build 18362.356, and according to the software giant, improves security and fix search issues that caused high processor usage on devices with Bing for Windows Search disabled. In addition to build 18362.356, older version of Windows 10, including version 1809, 1803, 1709, 1703, 1607, and original release are also receiving new cumulative updates.

Update September 13, 2019: Microsoft has already acknowledge that this update causing problems with the Start menu and search. Also, some reports suggests that update KB4515384 has audio problems especially when playing games. Until the company resolve these issues, it’s best not to install this cumulative update.

Update for older versions of Windows 10
Even though version 1709 (Fall Creators Update) is no longer supported, organizations running the Enterprise or Education edition of Windows 10 are getting update KB4516066 to fix some issues and bumps the version number to 16299.1387. Windows 10 version 1703 (Creators Update) is no longer supported either, but organizations with devices still running this version can now download and install KB4516068, which address several problems and bumps the version number to build 15063.2045. Also, the Windows 10 Anniversary Update, version 1697, is getting update KB4516044 to address some problems with the no longer supported operating system bumping the version number to build 14393.3204. Finally, the original release of Windows 10 is getting update KB4516070 bumping the version number to 10240.18333 to address several problems.
